The government implemented an agreement that bars passengers from throwing waste from vehicles from today.
The agreement reached between the Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development and the Federation of Nepalese National Transport Entrepreneurs prohibits anyone throwing wastes from running vehicles and mandates it to keep dustbins in public vehicles.
