Tips to clean the harmful elements inside the body

Whole day we suffer from dust, we eat lots of food outside due to which the harmful elements gets into the body. This element comes out from sweat, stool, urine but there are some elements that doesn’t come easily and it gets collected in kidney, liver, gallbladder, urinary tract etc. which brings the harmful disease. So we need to clean this harmful elements inside our body, ourselves. This proceed is called detoxification.

We have some house made tips to clean the inner dirt of the body.

1. Green coriander:
Grind the green coriander and drink it’s juice this will help to make your inner body clean. This contains fiber, chloroform, beta-carotene which helps in detoxification.

2. Lemon:
The citrus acid in the lemon reacts with the harmful elements inside the body and breaks it down and makes it clean. Similarly our body produces vitamin-c from citrus acid. The fiber on it helps in digestion. So you need to drink lemon juice or hot lemon everyday which is very beneficial for health.

3. Cumin:
Add one spoon cumin on the water and boil it until it gets brown. If you have the coughing problem or the cough is stucked on your neck than this will help you. Similarly it helps to excrete the harmful elements of the body from urine or sweat.

4. Cabbage:
Cabbage contains vitamin-c, vitamin-b and foliate. This maintains the cholesterol level of the body and cleans the liver. So eating the raw cabbage or its soup will help to clean the harmful elements of the body.

5. Curd:
Curd is the natural antibiotics which k!lls the bacteria of the body similarly this maked the good bacteria strong as well. So you need to include curd in your everyday food.

6. Green vegetables:
To recover the wound inside the body we will need vitamin-a, vitamin-c and protein which is found in green vegetables. So if you want to keep your body strong from inside than include green vegetables on your daily food.

7. Keep fast:
Fasting is not good only in religious way this is beneficial in scientific way as well. Fasting once a month improves the digestion which will filter the harmful elements from the beginning so that the health condition will be improved.

8. Drink heavy water:
You might have complain of not getting sweat, feeling lazy or tired this is all due to lack of water. Water is very essential elements of body. So if you want to keep your body clean from inside than you should drink 2 liters water per day.

9. Regular exercise:
You don’t need to do heavy exercise. You should keep the habit of getting fresh air early morning, you can take your friends with you. Stretch your body little and return. And eat the gram which is kept on the water this will improve your health.

10. Sleep and wake up on time:
Don’t think that anytime you sleep you will get sleep and relief. Sleeping is not only to reduce the pressure but during sleep our body maintains the entire organs. It is not good if you are awake whole night and sleep whole day, this will make you feel lazy so you need to sleep and wake up on time and you need to sleep 8 hour.
