House approves proposal to review Justice Administration Bill -

The Legislature-Parliament today unanimously approved the proposal to review the Justice Administration Bill-2073 tabled by Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Agni Prasad Kharel. Joining in the discussions on the proposal, lawmaker of the Nepal Workers Peasants Party Prem Suwal stressed the need for keeping the court away from political interference. Likewise, another lawmaker Janakraj Joshi shed light on the matter of becoming mindful of whether the country could stand the expenditures of high courts to be set up across the country as per the constitution. In response, the minister Kharel said that the attention of the government has been drawn to keep up judiciary with time and make it impartial and transparent.
